ირმა გიორხელიძემ 1993 წელს დაიწყო მუშაობა ბათუმის მე2 საჯარო სკოლაში დაწყებითი კლასების მასწავლებლად . არის წამყვანი პედაგოგი. აქვს 30 წლიანი პედაგოგიური გამოცდილება . გავლილი აქვს არაერთი საკვალიფიკაციო ტრენინგი ,არის დაწყებითი (I-IV) კლასების კათედრის გამგე . გამოირჩევა მაღალი პასუხისმგებლობით,ჩართულია სხვადასხვა საგანმანათლებლო პროექტებში,მის მიერ განხორციელებულია არაერთი სასკოლო და სკოლისგარეშე აქტივობa .
